Welcome to Dough You Even Lift (DYELB). By using our scheduling service and placing orders, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Sourdough Orders and Capacity Limit

All orders are subject to availability and our daily baking capacity limit. Placing an order requests a pickup slot, which is only confirmed once accepted by our staff. Cindy's decision regarding order acceptance or cancellation is final.

2. SMS Terms (Text Messaging)

By opting into receiving SMS notifications, you agree to receive automated messages regarding your order confirmations, updates, and pickup reminders. You may receive messages when your order status changes (Accepted, Baked, or Picked Up).

• Opt-In: You must explicitly opt in on our signup or order form to receive text notifications.
• Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message received.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile service provider.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your order activity.

3. Pickups

Bread is fresh-baked and must be picked up during scheduled times (Tuesdays or Fridays, between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM). Unclaimed orders cannot be refunded or rescheduled unless arranged in advance.
